Founder & CEO

Founder and Head Rabble-rouser. I am passionate about real food, learning ways to provide a great shopping experience and delivering on my promise to our team for a great work environment. The Green Grocer has come to be a second family for me, where I get to continue to learn and grow in my passions and share that with the people I meet on a daily basis. Food can be a powerful vehicle for change in our communities, our homes and our health. Teaching the team and our customers about the natural foods industry is  a lot of fun. I believe that the best choices we make are when we are as informed as we can be, and that there is no one size fits all approach. Come on in, ask us your questions and join us in our journey to better health and a wholesome environment.

Key Team Member & Customer Advocate

It’s been an honor to be employed at The Green Grocer since we opened in 2007.  The amazing people I get to work with and the customers I serve have all given me a true sense of community that’s rooted in a healthy, positive lifestyle.  I am passionate about finding the truth in all things, which is what ultimately lead me to work in the health food industry.   You can find me most days engaged in any number of daily tasks, along with Frozen food management, but my primary focus is giving our customers a great experience while shopping with us.

Grocery Manager

When I’m not working I love the chance to travel. Traveling to other countries and parts of the U.S. provides me with refreshing new experiences that help me to change my perspective on the world. When I am not jaunting the globe I value my time with my family, even more so after 2020! The Green Grocer has become a place I know I can trust what I’m buying because of our well thought out ingredient standards. I also really enjoy working with other small businesses and our commitment to supporting local.

Perishables Procurement Specialist

I work with many of our local and independent vendors, selecting and ordering artisan products with a particular passion for meat & cheese offerings. For me, food is one of the best ways to bring people together. The Green grocer means a great deal to me, not only as a family business, but as a place where I can share my joy and passion around good quality foods. The Green Grocer, simply put, is a home.

Wellness Team Lead

I spend a lot of time in our wellness department and recently have been pitching in with our kitchen team. Body care is my favorite area, I love researching new super nourishing skincare products for our shelves. If you’ve ever talked to me long enough, there’s a 99.8% chance I mention how important SPF (Sun Protection Factor) is to our skin. I love The GG for it’s accessible and diverse options that help anyone live a balanced healthy lifestyle.

Team Member

Preventative care is very important to me, and The Green Grocer provides the healthy choices that insures good health. I love being able to be a part of positive health choices for people.
